Alaskan Yellow Cedar – Key of D 440Hz

Another completed Old Growth Alaskan Yellow Cedar flute ready for a home.  Crafted from first generation cut,  instrument grade Alaskan Yellow Cedar.  Six-hole Native American Style flute tuned to the Key of D @ 440Hz.

This flute features a 1″ inch bore and like most Alaskan Yellow Cedar flutes with a larger bore this flute has a beautiful sounding deeper voice.  Overall length is approximately 29 1/2″ inches finished.  Next to Port Orford Cedar – Alaskan Yellow Cedar is simply one of my favorite woods to craft from.  I have added two Sapodilla Totem rails for aesthetics and ease of attaching totem.

The Mustang Fetish is crafted from Sapodilla as are the totem rails.  This Mustang fetish gives the flute a majestic appeal. Ships with a protective bag and leather accents are hand cut Bison lace.
